We used Mary when we were looking for a new home in the Denver/Boulder area. The process took a VERY long time, because we kept changing our minds about what we wanted. Mary stuck with us throughout the entire process (more than 2 years). She was very understanding, she listened to what we wanted, provided lots of helpful advice, and was very knowledgeable about the area. In the end we were delighted with the outcome.

We have chosen Mary as our realtor 4 times since 2005. Two properties to purchase and two to sell. She is, BY FAR, the best realtor we have had in our 36 years of marriage. From our first meeting with her (she did a showing for us during the weekend when no other realtor would even answer their phones, AND she had an injured foot!) She has been there for us through thick and thin, totally professional and knowledgeable in what she does!

She knows her stuff. She won't sell you a house she can't sell later. So no need to worry that you'll get stuck with a poor investment or sell you something just to make a sale. She showed me over 100 homes in 2009 when the market was for buyers. She did a great job knowing I was a very specific buyer and extremely patient. I'm very serious over 100 homes about 5-6 a night after work and over 10-15 on the weekends all while helping other clients. Even took the time to help us get set up for our next purchase in 2016. If you want a low pressure knowledgable and courteous realtor you need to choose her. She has the experience and isn't going to make you feel rushed.

Mary Oskay works just as hard for a $100,000 piece property or a $3,000,000 piece of property. She is extremely client oriented and wants the best for each person or family. She's not pushy as most realtors are and you can trust her to help you in your life decision. We had a mountain property for sale and she got us to dot our I's and cross our T's before we put the house on the market. She had Flatirons Surveyors out and she pulled our well permits, septic tested and handled all the nuances that the buyer's agent threw at her. Had we done a FSBO or used any other agent...we would never have sold the house.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Mary repeatedly went above and beyond to help us in a very tough price point/market. From braving blizzards to see houses, to inspecting crawl spaces and foundations, she was right there with us. She gave us tons of valuable advice for first-time house buyers. She really knows her stuff and has the experience to back it up. We could not have found the house we did without her. She is not only a great realtor, but also wonderful person and friend, as we enjoyed spending time with her looking at many properties.
