Brad Pickels has gone out of his way since day one to help me gain knowledge in my first home purchase. I saw a property I liked on Zillow and emailed him from the site. Fifteen minutes later he called me back and we started the process. My purchase was through the Boulder Affordable housing program,which added about 1000 extra documents that had to be filled out.
